What is "Communication & Mutual Respect"?

Hello, this is CUBE SYSTEM Public Relations.
Communication is one of the most important elements in business, and the idea is the same at our company.
Our company has the spirit of "Communication & Mutual respect" and actively communicates with stakeholders.
In order to help you understand what we mean by these words, I would like to introduce how we communicate, focusing on our internal measures!

Thoughts in "Communication & Mutual Respect"

In our Medium- to Long-Term Management Vision" VISION2026 (V2026)", we are promoting "three ideas" that we believe are important in corporate management!

The first is "Sustainability Management," which is practiced based on the idea that it is important to match the direction of society contribution and corporate value.

the second is "One thought ~make CHANCE from CHANGE~" It's a Vision statement.
We believe that the word “G” in “CHANCE” is a combination of “C (CHANCE)” and “T (Taboo)”, and actively remove issues and problems that have been taboo so far. We want to work together as a company to transform change into opportunity. The meaning is included.
These words represent the stance of our company that we want to realize in the first medium-Medium-Term Management Plan from fiscal 2021 to fiscal 2023 in V2026.

And the third is "Communication & Mutual Respect"!
In this word

When faced with various difficulties and issues that need to be resolved, if we respect each other's standpoints and approach them with the attitude and attitude of engaging in thorough discussions, we will always be able to find satisfactory solutions to difficult issues.

That's what I think.
These words are what President Nakanishi has repeatedly said to his employees, and they are also the overall goals of V2026.

Management strategy meeting

Twice a year, in spring and autumn, we hold a "Management Strategy Meeting" as a company-wide event!
At the spring meeting, we will review the previous fiscal year and discuss plans for the current fiscal year, and at the autumn meeting, we will share the management situation in the first half and the direction for the second half.
In addition to regular announcements, we are implementing initiatives to spread the current state of the company and its Vision for the future throughout the company, such as holding panel discussions by in-house experts on seasonal issue at each event. .

Let's talk

After holding the company-wide event "Management Strategy Meeting", we hold an event called "Let's Talk"!
At this event, President Nakanishi and executives talk about their thoughts and more detailed explanations that could not be conveyed at the management strategy meeting, and they directly answer questions from employees.
Anyone can participate freely in the video conference format. You can have a direct dialogue with management, who usually don't have the opportunity to talk, through questions in real time. It is also a valuable opportunity for management to hear directly from employees.

Since taking office, President Nakanishi has been sending emails to all employees on a regular basis to directly convey what he thinks is important in corporate management and what he wants to share with employees!
