As part of our compliance management, Cube System Group accepts reports of violations of laws and regulations from our business partners through the following contact point.
1. Customers using the counterExecutives and employees of business partners
2. Information available at the counterAny illegal or likely illegal acts by our company or group company organizations, officers or employees
3. Handling of reports- (1) Except when there is consent from the person who made the report, when the information is shared to the extent necessary for the investigation, or when there is another valid reason, any information that could identify the person who made the report and other information related to the report will be treated as confidential and will not be used for any purpose other than the performance of the report response operations.
- (2) We will not treat any whistleblower in any detrimental manner.
- (3) After receiving the report, we will promptly consider how to respond. We will also notify the reporter within 20 days of receiving the report whether or not an investigation has begun.
- (4) We may ask the reporter, the person reported, and other related parties to cooperate with the investigation.
- (5) Organizations directly related to the case reported will not be involved in the review of the investigation.
- (6) If, as a result of the investigation, it is determined that a violation of laws and regulations or an act requiring correction has occurred, we will investigate the cause and background and implement corrective measures and measures to prevent recurrence.

- If sufficient information is not provided to conduct an investigation
