At this event, we held an ideathon online with the issue of well-being.
Introducing the ideathon and our way of thinking about well-being.

Ideathon, which became popular in the United States in the 2000s.
Having discussions with multiple people makes it easier to share your thoughts, which is great for developing your ability to communicate.
Ideathon's purpose is to find new ideas and breakthroughs in challenges as a team.
With such a characteristic ideathon, we held an online ideathon at our event with the issue of well-being.
One of the purposes is to create ideas and products to increase well-being in-house.
Do you know the meaning of the word "well-being," which is the issue of this year's conference? I'm sure you've heard it more often lately, but let's keep it as a point here♪

As mentioned above, CUBE SYSTEM is engaged in well-being management.
On the day of Ideathon, an event was held at the Microsoft Teams online meeting.
In a group work of 4 to 5 people, we also used the online whiteboard "miro" for discussions.
After doing Mandarat (organizing and expanding ideas), we divided into groups to introduce ideas and exchange opinions.
Eventually, we will pitch (announce) the ideas we have brushed up!
At the idea pitch, there were many ideas that would be “rewarding” for employees, and they were all sympathetic.
Participants voted for ideas, and the top five were presented with prize-winning smart AI sterilization robots.
How was it?
At our company, not only the president but also each employee thinks about well-being and exchanges opinions to work on well-being management.
