We will deliver the state of the 2024 new graduate training

Hello! This is CUBE SYSTEM public relations officer. This time, I would like to introduce the new graduate training for those joining the company in April 2024, which was held from April to May 2024.

The full training takes place over two months.

For those who are wondering, "What does new graduate training at IT companies involve?"
This time, we will introduce an overview of our new graduate training.

During April, we hold orientation sessions, lectures, business etiquette training, and other training sessions.
It is positioned as training to build basic skills for society adults.
We also set aside time for talks by senior employees so that employees can get to know the working environment and their coworkers.
I think that the participants were able to think more concretely about their future goals and working style, based on their previous work experience and their attitude towards work.

Technical training starts in May!
Since many of the members had no exposure to IT during their student days, they will learn the basics of IT over the course of one month.
With a focus on Java, you will gain a solid understanding of the concepts and technologies often used in business, such as algorithms, Oracle, and AWS.

In the past two months,
You will acquire basic society and IT skills and then be assigned to the field.

Looking forward to the success of our new employees!

After being assigned to a position, you will learn skills that correspond to the work requirements at each site.
Every day I watch them receiving lectures from senior employees on the floor and find myself cheering them on in my heart, saying "Do your best!"

A follow-up training session is planned for the end of the year.
I'm looking forward to seeing him with a dignified look on his face after gaining a variety of experiences on the job!
