VISION2026 Business Direction

Under our Medium- to Long-Term Management Vision« VISION 2026», each and every employee contributes to society through business, achieves business growth, and aims to improve corporate value. To that end, we will push forward with our mission statement of "Achieve business growth through planning and contract-type business." and "Employees think and act on their own initiative, pursuing their own ambitions and applying their own business mentality." As for the direction of our business, we will formulate policies and targets to strengthen and promote the three business models, and promote business growth.

VISION2026 First Medium-Term Management Plan (FY2021-FY2023)

In our first Medium-Term Management Plan covering the period from fiscal 2021 to fiscal 2023, we formed business assets to transform into new businesses, and focused on designing systems and establishing structures for business promotion to solidify growth, thereby establishing infrastructure for business growth.

VISION2026 Second Medium-Term Management Plan (FY2024 to FY2026)

For our second Medium-Term Management Plan covering the period from fiscal 2024 to fiscal 2026, we have set Basic Policy as "A second founding: staying true to the basics while achieving dramatic growth."
We will continue to work to build infrastructure that emphasizes quality and trust, which are fundamental when expanding new businesses and increasing scale.

In the first Medium-Term Management Plan, we proposed three business models, "Digital Business," "SI Business," and "Enhance Business," and promoted business growth by strengthening these approaches. In the second Medium-Term Management Plan, in addition to the business models, we will accelerate business growth by promoting specific measures to separate our contract-based business into three business styles, "Sier (System Integrator) Business" and "Prime Business," which are based on customer style, and "Services Provision Business," which is a planning-based business.
