Introducing our internal event "Let's Talk"!

2025.12.11
Text :

Hello, this is the PR department. It's been a while since my last post.
This time, we would like to introduce you to an internal event we held recently, "Let's Talk with the President."

What is a "talk session"?

First, I would like to explain about the "Let's Talk with the President" (hereinafter referred to as "Let's Talk").

"Let's Talk" is an online internal event that began in the fall of 2020.
The event began with the president himself explaining Medium-Term Management Plan to clear up any questions employees had.

It has now become a major event with over 100 participants.
issue covered have also changed, with topics such as the outlook for the IT industry and company policies,
We continue to hold these events with a policy of no reservations and no restrictions on discussing anything, from how to spend your holidays to work-related worries and other personal topics.

In addition, in response to requests from employees to "not just have an online conversation, but also have a proper conversation with the president,"
Starting in 2023, we also began holding face-to-face "talk sessions."
The face-to-face talk sessions are limited to small groups of around 10 people and are a forum for exchanging opinions on issue.

This time, I participated in a face-to-face "talk session."

A friendly talk session

The talk issue this time was "The Ideal CUBE SYSTEM."
On the day, five employees and President Nakanishi attended the meeting. The meeting started with a diverse group of participants, including gender, age, and occupation.

Seeing the nervousness of the group, the president began a casual conversation.
He talked about the "wall of first grade." Since there were participants with children,
This conversation seemed to gradually ease the tense atmosphere.

In a good atmosphere, we moved on to the main topic of "the ideal CUBE SYSTEM."
First, we clearly defined our ideal vision and then exchanged opinions on areas of the management policy that concerned us.

This is something that has been instilled in employees as a normal code of conduct,
As we talked again, we discovered that what we prioritize differs depending on our experience and work.

After listening to various opinions regarding management policy
Each participant thought about and presented their "ideal CUBE SYSTEM."

After each participant shared their ideals, President Nakanishi also gave a presentation about his ideal company.

President Nakanishi's ideal is to "aim to be a company that we can be proud of in the future."

We want our company to be one where each employee can talk excitedly about their future and make their dreams come true.
To that end, not only the company,
We will create a company where employees can also value their private lives, such as family, hobbies, and rest.

With these words, the talk session came to a close.

It was refreshing to see that even employees in the same cube each had their own goals.
This meeting made me want to work hard towards my ideals.

Above, we have introduced the initiatives within CUBE SYSTEM.
Please look forward to the next blog.
