キューブシステムは大手システムインテグレーターの依頼を受け、2010年に同システムの開発プロジェクトへ参画しました。現場はエンドユーザー様であるX内。システムの新規構築を行った複数社が引き続き保守に当たるなか、担当領域は当初、重要なサブシステムのみでした。
事故に遭われた方々の一生を左右しかねないシステムとあって、求められる品質レベルは厳しいものに。キューブシステムが実績を重ね、お客様の信頼を得る一方、新規構築に参画した他社は続々とプロジェクトを離れていきました。気が付くと現場に残ったのは、キューブシステムのほかにわずか１社。システム全体を2社のみで保守することとなったのです。

Therefore, CUBE SYSTEM was fully demonstrated. We offshore utilization and have our own bases in Shanghai and Vietnam, so we are good at handling overseas human resources. By customers and end user Japan and Shanghai, maintenance work will proceed smoothly. In 2015, we received awards customers for their contributions to the project.

Challenge for large-scale replacement including renewal of about 160 screens

In the corona disaster in 2020, there was a concern that the physical distance between the two companies would hinder business operations. However, the relationship between the two companies, which has overcome the replacement response and has become stronger and stronger, has not been shaken, and the pace of continuous small-scale releases every month has been maintained. We continue to adhere to the basics of ensuring quality and not delaying delivery.
